Cyclon Phyan can hit Maharashtra and Gujarat today

Cyclonic Phyan can strike South Guj & North Maha by tonight due to a high tension in the South East & adjacent Arabian Sea & people in nearby areas have been cautioned to enter into the sea, the IMD (Indian Meteorological Department or weather department) said.

The cyclone, which started developing Tuesday, strengthened into a tropical storm near the beginning today morning & the cyclone is probable to go North northeastwards & pass South Guj & North Maha shoreline between Alibag and Valsad by tonight, the latest weather forecast from the Indian weather department said. The sea level will be very uneven beside and off Maha & South Guj Shore and people have been cautioned to enter beside the Goa, Maharashtra & Gujarat shores, it told.

There are full chances that India vs Australia live match will be abandoned due to Mumbai Cyclone and heavy rain.
