On Friday Chef Thomas Keller was invited at Crate, the culinary store & cooking school on Greentree Road, (Scott), for the launching of late Jane Citron’s cookbook, “Living to Cook (USD 26.95, endcoloncancer.org to buy or at nearer book shops). [smartads]

A book by Chef Keller is been introduced this month name “Ad Hoc at Home,”(Artisan, $50), which is the collection of the dishes (family-style), which served at thomas keller restaurant in Yountville .The recipes given in Ad Hoc is of more casual in comparison to the venue of French Laundry restaurant.

At the launching ceremony, the staff members, friends ,aficionados & fans of chef killer were present.
In addressing the crowd of the evening, Keller said that he is astonish to see the way food plays the important role in our lives. He also added that for him the food’s memories are of great importance.

His memories covers Mrs. Citron who is the famous food writer & cooking teachers of Pittsburgh, & her husband, Carl dinin Kelling then talked about there meetings

  1. A great idea for future recipes this. Thank you for sharing it. Have you noticed how so many people appear to be cooking again? I wonder if the lack of funds due to the current climate has something to do with it and we all appear to be cooking again! its great!
