Yes, cutting off Miss Lauper midway through her great song was disrespectful. She was really the only one I waited to see.

Watching Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade has been a long-standing tradition in my family. However this year, I turned it off. It was more like Thanksgiving Day Commercials with an occasional balloon or float thrown in to try and qualify the program as a parade.

Aloha from Hawaii. This year the news coverage of the parade has way to much talking and viewing of the people on the newstand. Let them talk all they want but show the parage and let us listen to the music. You even cut off Cindy Lauper in the middle of her song. That is very poor editing. Lets see the Parade! That is what it is all about.

I am so disappointed in the parade, it seems that for the past 25 years the parade has changed. However this year, seems like while I am watching with my 4 yr old granddaughter, that there is a whole lot of talking and very few floats or balloons.’ It is nice to see all the broadway skits, but really is that a parade..no. Less talk and more parade that would be great!!
