Chidambaram Should Resign For Liberhan Report Leak: Jayalalithaa

Today AIADMK chief Jayalalithaa demanded resignation of Home Minister P Chidambaram’s, as she held him responsible for leaking Liberhan report on Babri Masjid’s demolition, & said the Commission’s findings were merely of academic interest only. [smartads]

“The main copy of the Liberhan report which was available with the govt, was with Union Home Minister. Evidently, Chidambaram is completely responsible for the leaking. He should go. He has to go,” Jailalithaa said this.

The leak was only beneficiary for Union government, which switched over from the mode of an apprehensive & embarrassed defender into a vocal attacker.
