GHMC Election Results 2009

In Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) the percentage of election poll is 48 percent. The result of voting poll of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) 2009 will be declared on today 26th Nov. 2009 till afternoon. [smartads]

The counting of votes has started. Votes will be counted in 28 centers. The elections were peaceful. While there was some technical problem in election booths so it created delay in voting. At some booths, lack of space for secret vote was seeing as the reason of complaints.

This year’s 2009 municipal elections total voting poll (48%) is higher than the year 2002 which 43%. 56% votes were counted in April 2009 of “assembly and general elections”.

Congress party has confidence to win from 50 wards among 150 wards. The BJP also has major chance to win.

    though prp won only 1 seat..dont underestimate the party..chiru has great fan folowing amongst all da races…but its da lack of cadre thats creating a bit of problem for prp….if chiru concentrates on building gud cadre..He wil definitely be a king one day
