Christmas celebrated on Dec. 25 & history behind Christmas Day Celebration

Dec. 25 is considered as Christmas Day celebration time, all around the world, that’s what we all think, but in some countries like in Norway & some North- European nations, Christmas is celebrated on Dec 24. This year, Christmas will be celebrated on Thursday. The Christmas Day is celebrated as Jesus Christ’s Birthday. Especially it is celebrated by Christians but even people from different communities also celebrate this festival with great regards. Christmas is considered as festival time. People send greetings, gifts & merry Christmas wishes to each other through emails, cards, even gifts are sent directly through internet from the sender to the receiver. Even people exchange gifts too, which also includes Christmas cake. Christmas Day brings great celebrations among people, they decorate their houses with frills, lightning & even they place a Christmas tree with decorations too. Even some Christmas parties are organized by Christian communities too.

Actually nobody knows Jesus Christ was born exactly on December 25 or not, as we have no written records. So why don’t we pick up any date of any of the months to celebrate Jesus’ birthday. Christmas story actually came from The HOLY BIBLE.  [smartads]

Santa Clause

Yeah, of course  was an actual figure. His real name was St. Nicholas. He was born in 300 A.D. At an early stage of his life, Santa lost his parents. Later after this happened, he was raised in a monastery. For about some longtime, he remained there in that particular monastery where he reached to Bishop’s position. Later on Santa became a benefactor saint of giving. Saint Nicholas (Santa Claus) was really a very loving & affectionate figure. So, it’s now clear Santa Claus is real; he wasn’t a work of fiction.

Santa carry gifts to good children’s houses during late evening before Christmas day & actually at midnight hours of Christmas Eve i.e. December 24. Even Santa gives gift on Dec. 6 which is or on his Feast Day, December 6 (Saint Nicholas Day).

Christmas Day can never be imagined without Santa Claus. He is considered as kind, loving, & an affectionate fellow. He is actually small children’s dear friend as they impatiently wait for his gifts. Even their patrons tell them to behave nicely, as they say that then only Santa will come to give them gifts.

When small kids move to next stage of their lives, i.e. when they grow up, they start feeling Santa to be work of fiction. Even children questions from elders about Santa’s reality. Even people among us, have asked this too. Now you must be clear about Santa’s reality. So now what you gona tell to any kid who will ask you about Santa’s reality.

Santa Claus’s reindeer

Traditionally, Santa Claus is associated with team of flying reindeers. Those reindeers used to pull Santa Claus’ sleigh & through this they assist him in delivering Christmas gifts.

Mostly Christmas parties are generally celebrated with good gathering including friends & family. So the party needs to be planned before hand, as that’s very busy festive time.
