As per the law enforcement sources its “unlikely” prosecutor will register hit-and-run allegations against Heather Locklear. Heather was taken in custody on Saturday for allegedly hitting a “no packing” symbol near her house and then escaping from the place. As per a neighbor, the sound heard like a crash at around 4:00am Saturday but did not call the police until 15 hours later.

The sources of law enforcement tells Police don’t have the evidence to prove Heather was driving the car. But there are some facts related to Heather hit-and run crime:

Cops on last Saturday, went to the security shack last Saturday at Heather’s progress and the guard on duty told that he saw a BMW with right wheel well hurt that was related with the accident.

After this event, the driver can’t be traced when the Cops inquired the video which displays the BMW going into the typical hours.

One of the investigating team selected up a part of plastic at the location and it matched it with a part missing from Heather’s car.

As per the Source, prosecutors will register the allegation telling now there is “nothing approaching proof beyond a reasonable doubt” that Heather moved the car which hit the symbol.

And this is the “Ghostbusters” protection.  Even if there were proof that Heather strike a “no parking” symbol, who’s she gonna call at 4am on Saturday?  It’s not like striking a car where you leave a note for the owner — who leaves a note on a “no parking” sign?
