
Babri Masjid Verdict
The Allahabad High Court has come up with a caution against interpreting the verdict on Ramjanambhoomi – Babri Masjid title suit just moments away from the final judgment by the Lucknow bench, Anil Sagar, the Lucknow District Magistrate announced on Thursday.
He also announced that the entire judgment will be put up on the website of the High Court. Live Judgement Click here
Sagar said, “The full verdict will be posted on the website of the Allahabad High Court www.allahabadhighcourt.in. and http://www.rjbm.nic.in/The High Court has cautioned against interpretation of the judgement. Three separate copies of the synopsys of the three judges will be handed over to the media after the verdict”.
“The media will receive the three copies of the judgements synopsys at the District Commissioner’s office,” he further added.
Rajeev Krishna, the Lucknwo Deputy Inspector General of Police also made a similar request amidst the presence of around 100 media organizations.
The verdict of this title suit is to decide the rightful owner of the 2.7 acres land where the Babri Masjid stood before demolition on 6 December, 1992 is to be allotted to either Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha or Sunni Central Waqf Board.
The court has been made into a virtual fortress for the time being with no access to the outside world.
Additional police and civil officials have been stationed especially at the sensitive areas including the Allahabad High Court and also the Lucknow bench surroundings.
The three high court judges have been provided with topmost security. Their residence has also been covered by around 20 PAC personnel along with 5 CRPF personnel.
P. Chidambaram, the Union Home Minister said on Wednesday that the Centre is all prepared with adequate security forces all over the country for the final judgment.
