UPBoard Highschool Result 2011: Girls Give Better Performance

The UP high school board 2011 results are out & yet again girls have given a better performance than the boys in terms of overall pass percentage. However the overall pass percentage of girls has suffered a decline by 0.37 per cent. Boys have in this case shown an improved performance with their pass percentage being 1.82 per cent more than that in 2010.

EAMCET 2011 Ranks Out : Krishna District Steals the Show

The EAMCET ranks list is out & it seems Krishna district students have bagged ll the top slots. The Minister  for Higher and Technical Education Mr. Damodar Raja Narasimha today released the EAMCET 2011 results at JNTU in  Hyderabad. The engineering & medical students who have topped, both belong to Krishna district. Incidentally even the maximum students to make it through EAMCET are from the same district.

AIPMT 2011: The city lads Jitendra Yadav and Bivas Kumar made their city proud in the recently held AIPMT exams. The two secured the first and the second ranking. Their All India Ranking being 386 and 495 respectively .They also succeeded in qualifying for the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune written examination. Despite such major achievement the two boys are still very down to earth and attribute their success to the coaching classes they took and the faculty. They are all praise for teachers for motivating them to give their 100 per cent.

The results have been updated below However due to heavy traffic load it seems the serves is down causing failure of the official site. Students need not worry as this problem will soon be solved & they can keep tracking the site for the results. They are requested to keep at hand their hall tickets as without it they cannot check their results.

Plagiarism Case of Peshawar University Goes to Supreme Court

University of Peshawar’s assistant professor in the Law College Muhammad Zubair has challenged the PhD research of the university vice chancellor Dr. Azmat Hayat in Supreme Court of Pakistan.

A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court against the VC whose book “The Durand Line – Its Geo-Strategic Importance” which is based on his PhD thesis is actually plagiarized a good deal from an Indian professor’s book called “Pak-Afghanistan Relations”.

J&K Police conducts massive recruitment of Sub-Inspectors

The police of Jammu and Kashmir conducted selections on massive scale for 510 posts of sub-inspectors, the recruitment process for which was carried on throughout the state.

This is for the first time ever that the police have conducted recruitment on such a grand scale since 2001 when just 255 Sub-inspectors were recruited for the Armed/Executive Wings of the Jammu & Kashmir Police.
