Fire Broke out in Kashmiri Gate shops in Delhi

A major fire broke out in a few shops in Kashmiri Gate Delhi Wednesday night. No human damages were reported, fire brigade spokesperson told.

The fire was informed from the shops situated close to State Election Commission office in ISBT at around 8 in night and 32 fire brigade vehicles were rushed to the fire spot.

If you use more power, pay more: Sheila Dikshit

JKLF chief on hunger strike against death for two Kashmiris

Thunderstorm in Delhi Tuesday evening

New Delhi, April 27 (IANS) Delhi witnessed a thunderstorm Tuesday evening and the weather office said there were possibilities of rain in some parts of the city.

‘There were high winds blowing across the city and they reached to around 44 kmph. There is a possibility of scanty rain in some parts of the city,’ said an official at the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
