He had also offered to quit. But the offer has been turned down for the moment.”

Lalgarh Landmine Blast, Doubt Over Maoist, Chidambaram’s Visit Tomorrow

KOLKATA: Lalgarh today has become the target of a landmine blast which is in West Bengal’s West Midnapore district on Saturday as per the police. Police also claimed that there the doubt is over Maoist Guerrillas which triggered the landmine blast. This blast occurred a day ahead of Union Home Minister P Chidambaram’s visit to that region.
